The Camp provides nature-based hospitality and adventure tourism services, including but not limited to:
- Accommodation: Lodging in rooms and associated facilities.
- Dining: Food and beverage services.
- Activities: Guided treks, jungle camping, jeep safaris, bird watching, cultural tours, and other recreational, nature-based, or adventure activities.
- Ancillary Services: Transportation assistance, meeting/banquet facilities, and other services as advertised on the Site.
2. Booking, Payments, and Confirmation
The Camp provides nature-based hospitality and adventure tourism services, including but not limited to:
2.1 Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Camp. A booking is only confirmed upon the Camp's issuance of a written confirmation (via email or other means) and receipt of the required payment or deposit.
2.2 Pricing and Payment
- Prices for accommodations and Services are subject to change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit or full pre-payment to secure a booking.
2.3 Taxes and Fees
All quoted prices may be subject to applicable government taxes, service charges, and environmental fees, which will be specified during the booking process.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The specific cancellation policy varies by package, season, and accommodation type. The policy stated in your booking confirmation takes precedence over this general section.
3.1 Standard Cancellation
- Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date, or a "No-Show," will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
3.2 Change of Dates
Requests for modification of dates are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, potentially incurring cancellation charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct
4.1 Check-in and Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: From 11:30 AM (or as specified in the confirmation).
- Standard Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM (or as specified in the confirmation).
- Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
4.2 Age and Group Policy
- The minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- For group bookings (typically defined as more than 2 rooms), separate policies, pricing, and additional supplements may apply.
4.3 Pets
Pets are not permitted on the property or during guided activities.
4.4 Environmental and Safety Compliance
- Guests must respect the local environment, including the Barsey Rhododendron Sanctuary, and adhere to all anti-littering and safety guidelines provided by the Camp staff.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow all instructions given by guides and staff, particularly during adventure activities like trekking and safaris.
- Any damage to the property, facilities, or equipment caused by a guest will be charged to the guest.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1 Adventure Activities
You acknowledge that the Services, particularly trekking, jungle camping, and safaris, carry inherent risks associated with adventure travel, including injury, illness, or death. You voluntarily assume these risks. The Camp and its staff, agents, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in these activities, unless caused by our proven negligence.
5.2 Personal Property
The Camp is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including valuables, during your stay or participation in any Services. Guests are advised to keep valuables secured at all times.
5.3 Force Majeure
The Camp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters (e.g., landslides, floods), epidemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the Camp will offer an alternative date or credit, but no refund is guaranteed.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, design, graphics, and other intellectual property related to the Site and the Camp's branding are owned by or licensed to (a unit of Davinchi Homes Pvt Ltd). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this material without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website or official reservation channels.
1. General Booking Conditions
- A reservation is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment, as specified in your booking, has been successfully processed and you have received a written confirmation.
- All prices are subject to change and the imposition of government taxes, service charges, or environmental fees.
2. Standard Cancellation Policy :
- If cancelled 30days prior to the date of arrival 60% of the booking amount will be refunded
- If cancelled 15days prior to the date of arrival 40% of the booking amount will be refunded
- No refund if cancelled within 15days from date of arrival
- 100% refund if cancelled by Redpanda Jungle Camp due to any unavoidable circumstances
3. Refund Policy :
- If any refund is approved it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
